My interest in bodywork has always been pathology-specific, seeking to improve the health and lives of people with chronic health conditions. This work lead me to the role of trauma—whether bodily accidents and injuries or emotional abuse and stress—in these types of health challenges. I am continually curating my skillset to be applicable to treating the physical manifestations of stress, trauma and chronic illness. This has lead me to pursue a Masters in Social Work, for which I am currently in my final year of study.
My modalities of practice are:
Therapeutic Massage
TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises)
Ortho-Bionomy®
CranioSacral Therapy
Chinese Cupping & Gua Sha
